These terms apply when you use MarginMitra: this website, the free profit calculator, the early-access form and the free pilot. Please read them together with our privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are

2. What we offer today
MarginMitra is in early access. This website gives you a free profit calculator, explanations of marketplace fees and claim deadlines, and a form to join early access or a free pilot. Screens marked "Example" show how the product will work; they are not your real data.
3. The calculator is an estimate
Fees come from the marketplaces' own public pages and are checked every day, but marketplaces change fees and charge different sellers differently. Always check the final numbers in your own seller panel. The calculator is not tax, legal or financial advice, and the decisions you make with it are your own.
4. We are independent
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio and Blinkit are trademarks of their owners. MarginMitra is an independent service. Unless we clearly say so, we are not owned by, endorsed by or a partner of any marketplace.
5. Free pilot and paid plans
The free pilot is covered by a separate written consent form that you sign. Nothing is ever charged automatically. A paid plan starts only if you agree to its price and terms in writing.
6. Your data and videos stay yours
You keep all rights to the reports, videos and other material you give us. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you, as explained in our privacy notice. When you connect a marketplace account in future, you will do it through that marketplace's own permission screen, and you can remove that permission at any time.
7. What we never ask for
We never ask for your seller-panel password, any OTP, or your bank or UPI PIN, and we never collect or hold your money.
8. No promise of refunds or claims
We help you find money you may be owed and prepare proof. The marketplace alone decides every claim. We do not promise any refund, claim result or profit.
9. Fair use of the site
Please do not misuse the site: no false information in forms, no attempts to break in or overload it, and no automated copying of its content.
10. Our name and content
The MarginMitra name and logo, and this website's text, designs, videos and calculator, belong to us. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content or brand without written permission.
11. If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep the site correct and available, but it is provided "as is" and may change or pause. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using the site or the calculator.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be shown on the site.
13. Law and complaints
These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, will handle any dispute. For any complaint, write to support@marginmitra.in. We reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
