Who we are

What we collect and why

Name	To address you when we reply.
Mobile number	To contact you about early access, only if you agree. Also to avoid duplicate entries.
Email (optional)	Another way to reach you, only if you give it.
State and city	To know where sellers are, so we plan support and languages.
Marketplaces, order volume, current tool, problems, price answer	To decide what to build first and whether sellers would pay for it.
Technical data (a scrambled form of your IP address, browser type)	To stop spam and abuse. Logs never store your name, number or answers.

We do not ask for your address, GST number, or any marketplace login. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We count visits and sign-ups by the link you came from (for example an ad), without cookies and without storing who you are.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access research ends, and at most 12 months after it closes. If you withdraw, we stop contacting you at once and remove your answers from our working data. Indian law may require us to keep a sealed record for up to one year; then it is deleted.

How we protect it

Your name, number, email and written answers are encrypted before they are stored. Only the founder can export the data, from his own computer. Data stays in India.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and name someone to act for you. Write to support@marginmitra.in. We reply within 90 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Withdraw consent

Enter the mobile number you used. We will stop contacting you and remove your answers from our working data.

This notice follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules. A lawyer will review it before launch.
